Laura NGOUNE led a training session on entrepreneurship through business takeovers under French and OHADA Insolvency Law as part of the 3rd edition of Mboa Paris; an annual conference that celebrates the excellence of the Cameroonian diaspora in Europe and Cameroon.

This was an opportunity for us to introduce a path to entrepreneurship that remains little known and poorly understood, yet offers significant advantages.
