Precautionary measures and enforcement procedures
Before initiating legal proceedings to obtain a payment order, it is necessary to assess the immediate, short-term, or even medium-term solvency of the potential debtor.
Therefore, before taking legal action, we recommend first analyzing and, as far as possible, preempting the enforcement of a favorable decision.
Precautionary seizures
Prior to any proceedings on the merits of the case, and by way of an ex parte application, we take urgent protective measures to secure your rights and prevent the debtor from taking any steps to organise their insolvency.
Seizures and assignments
Following proceedings on the merits of the case and a favourable judgment, we will, through a bailiff, take enforcement measures if the debtor fails to comply voluntarily. These measures enable us to secure payment by seizing the sums owed from the debtor’s bank accounts or any other claims or assets.
Search for seizable assets
We carry out, through a bailiff and on the basis of a court order, all necessary investigations to identify the debtor’s property and assets that may be subject to enforcement measures.
